My weekend stay at Country Inn & Suites in Abingdon, VA was a pleasant surprise. the hotel's convenient location right off I-81 made it a great starting point for exploring the charming town and nearby attractions. The friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, offering complimentary fruits, water, and cookies at the front desk. the clean and well-maintained rooms provided a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. Despite the so-so breakfast, the hotel's proximity to a fantastic Mexican restaurant within walking distance made up for it. the 24/7 availability of chocolate chip cookies at the front desk was a delightful touch. I particularly appreciated the peaceful ambiance and the attentive service, making it a place I would gladly return to in the future.
